Natural Patches of Vermont: Awaken Your Scentual Being!

I am not a good pill-taker.
The idea of fixing every ache or pain by swallowing chemicals on a regimented schedule to build up pain relief leaves me feeling uneasy and medicated. Obviously, there are ailments that require serious medication, but to alleviate some of the more common everyday aches there is a natural alternative.
Natural Patches of Vermont offers 16 different essential oil body patches that support health and wellness, naturally. Their unique body patch delivery system eases symptoms through 100% plant-based essential oils.  Their patches contain NO synthetic fragrances, artificial colors, animal products, laytex, or GMOs.
Body heat activated, the patches release subtle, aroma-therapeutic benefits through your individual body chemistry for up to 24 hours.
I found Natural Patches of Vermont products while on a trip to visit my sister in Burlington, Vt and was curious about these patches that claimed to offer relief for a variety of complaints.

I'm certain we can all relate to at least one or two of the ailments listed above! I was especially drawn to the Lavender (Relaxing Sleep) and Bergamot (Calming Stress) formulas. I'm a Mom of 4 and as Captain of this vessel, I tend to mull things over. A lot.
Did the dog get walked twice today?
What should we have for dinner tomorrow?
When did I last call my Grandmother?
Did I pay the mortgage yet?
Date night? When and how?
When does the car need to be registered?
Should we let our 8 year old dye her hair?
This revolving litany of "things to do" sometimes becomes overwhelming and detracts from my normal sleep schedule. I  feel the  stress creeping in...slowly, until suddenly, I am on-edge, short-tempered, and frustrated with myself and everyone around me.
Do I think I need anti-anxiety medication? Probably not. I just need a natural, homeopathic alternative that I can rely on to help reduce my stress levels when things get really crazy. After using the Bergamot patch for the recommended 24 hours, I was feeling that sense of reassuring calm. I enjoyed the natural, unobtrusive fragrance, and honestly, forgot I was even wearing a patch.  My sense of well-being improved and I realized that everything is fine and it really will be okay if the dog only got walked once and we can have cereal for dinner once in awhile.  Oh, and, my Grandmother loves me regardless of my sporadic phone calls.

I support holistic health and wellness and truly believe there are medicinal benefits often overlooked by more traditional approaches. I'm so glad to have found Natural Patches of Vermont to share with you. These patches make for a great gift for someone you love that may be suffering from some of these more common symptoms. A gift basket of assorted patches or a handy 10 count tin would be a welcome get-well-soon or take-care-of-you surprise!
